Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions 

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  
• Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items are not eligible for return.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
